La dramatización como estrategia narrativa en el documental de investigación histórica

This article deals with a series of procedures that show the upward trend in contemporary research documentary films on historical subjects towards dramatization effects. This trend emphasizes the participatory, the reflexive and the performative aspects of documentary, aiming for renewing the language and the significance of this genre that has been traditionally considered as typical of the expository documentary mode. Seven different effects of this trend are analysed in particular.

Este artículo expone una serie de fenómenos que demuestran la poderosa tendencia que existe en el cine documental de investigación histórica actual hacia la dramatización, tendencia que subraya sus dimensiones participativas, reflexivas y performativas con el objetivo de renovar el lenguaje y el alcance de este género considerado tradicionalmente como típico del modo expositivo de documental. En concreto, se analizan siete fenómenos que representan esta tendencia general.
